The five-story Housing Authority of Portland project at 1510 S.W. 13th Ave. will have 12 single-room units and 16 one-bedroom units. The facility will provide support services to homeless clients and those who are at risk of becoming homeless.

General contractor R&H Construction Co. is building the project that was designed by William Wilson Architects. Completion is expected in spring 2010.
