The Venus Allure Salon & Spa in February will settle into a corner space in the Grand Central Building. There will be 18 hair stations, four manicure-and-pedicure stations and two treatment rooms in the space, which includes 2,200 square feet at ground level and an 800-square-foot mezzanine. VN Construction is the general contractor, and Case Design Group is the architect for the project at 811 S.E. Belmont St.
