A century-old building in Southeast Portland is being renovated to become a new home for Schneider Law Offices. The two-story, 10,000-square-foot building originally was built to be the headquarters of the city of Portland East Side Water Bureau. The space will have offices, conference rooms and a break room. Cedarlake Company is the general contractor, and Lorraine Guthrie Architect is the designer of the remodel.
