A former home of an electronics store in inner Southeast Portland is receiving an extensive renovation. The interior of the one-story, 10,000-square-foot building at the corner of Southeast Eighth Avenue and Belmont Street has been divided into creative spaces that will eventually be owned by arts-related groups. General contractor Brix Contracting is in charge of the renovation that was designed by Boora Architects.
