After an extensive renovation, a new downtown Portland restaurant featuring alpine cuisine from central Europe will open Dec. 28. The space at 527 S.W. 12th Ave. is accented with naturally finished fir in both the dining area and the bar. Oregon Restaurant Equipment Co. performed the remodel from a design by architect Rob Lamb.
