The project consists of the construction of Oswego Lakefront Park, a new urban park to be located on State Street between the Lakeshore Inn and Lake Twin Theater Building, the site of the former US Bank, in Lake Oswego. The project will feature a lakefront promenade, a rain garden, gas fireplace, a park structure containing public restrooms and storage, benches, bike racks and city artwork.
The work consists of demolition of existing pavements, curbs, decking and piling; traffic control; shoring, coffer dam and dewatering system design, construction, monitoring, maintenance and removal; new seawall; clearing and grubbing; earthwork; erosion control; utilities, including sanitary sewer, gas, and water; storm drainage; rain garden; street frontage improvements; cast-in-place concrete pavement, curbs and other miscellaneous concrete work and walls; precast concrete; stone masonry stairs, walls, and columns; unit concrete paving; site furnishings; installation of artwork; irrigation; planting; new park structure; outdoor gas fireplace; arbor; metal guardrails, gates, gate fins, railings and handrails; electrical work lighting; and temporary job sign.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2 p.m., Jan. 7, at Lake Oswego City Hall Council Chambers, 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon.
Estimated cost of the project is $2.2 million.
