Oswego Lakefront Park
The project consists of the construction of Oswego Lakefront Park, a new urban park to be located on State Street between the Lakeshore Inn and Lake Twin Theater Building, the site of the former US Bank, in Lake Oswego. The project will feature a lakefront promenade, a rain garden, gas fireplace, a park structure containing public restrooms and storage, benches, bike racks and city artwork.

Construction Manager/General Contractor for Bend High School Kitchen & Auditorium Remodel
Bend-La Pine Schools, Administrative School District No. 1, is requesting proposals from experienced construction managers and general contractors to remodel the kitchen and auditorium at Bend Senior High School in Bend. The Board of Directors has chosen the CM/GC approach over the more traditional design-bid-build approach due to the need to accelerate the work and assure budget control.
U.S. 101 at 17th Street Sidewalk and Crossing
Last fall, the Stop and Go convenience store opened across U.S. 101 from Seaside High School, and students began crossing the highway for lunch and causing a safety issue. ODOT's District 1 made a recommendation to the city and the school district that a crosswalk be installed at 17th Street to mitigate the safety issue.
