Work on the Alberta Central building in Northeast Portland is nearly finished. The mixed-use, two-story structure on Northeast Alberta Street was built a century ago. It now has retail space on the ground level and office space on the upper level. A prominent feature of the building is the central plaza at the front that can be used by tenants as well as members of the local community. Developer Alberta Central LLC is also the general contractor for the project.
