Speedometer Building

One of the two 2,500-square-foot retail spaces in the historic Speedometer Building in Portland’s Pearl District has been leased. Greenlight Bikes, a distributor of Kalkhoff bicycles from Germany, is the tenant. The one-story building at 528 N.W. 11th Ave. has undergone a complete interior and exterior renovation by general contractor SKL Construction. Merrill Architects is the designer.
