Evergreen Water Park – Bid Package No. 6 Sub-bid

The project consists of the new construction of a one-story building, with approximately 60,000 square feet, at 3850 Three Mile Lane in McMinnville.
The building is a slab on grade with concrete tilt-panel walls, aluminum curtain walls and a single-ply roofing system. Work includes a wave pool, a play pool with vortex, waterplay structures, three tube slides and one body slide. Also featured is a 747 aircraft on the roof from which multiple waterslides emerge. The project includes construction of the building shell and interior build-out, including the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Bid Package No. 6 of this project consists of four bid items: No. 1, signage; No. 2, lockers (reissued); No. 3, video display; and No. 4, furnishings.
