A historic house in Mulino has been moved to make way for ODOT’s widening of Highway 213. The Mulino House, built in 1887 and most recently a bed and breakfast, was moved by Emmert International 60 feet back from where it was originally built. The house has a new foundation, a new septic system and new utilities as well as an added utility room at the back. Lake Oswego general contractor GTM Construction Inc. is in charge of the project. Dortignacq Architecture contributed design work.
