A vacant storefront on Main Street in downtown Oregon City will soon be a Vietnamese restaurant. Pho Thi will be open by the end of the month in a 1,900-square-foot space at 716B Main St. The work is being done by T5 Equities, the owner of the building and developer of four other properties in the downtown area. The storefront improvements were augmented via financial support from the city of Oregon City.
