A new branch of the Multnomah County Library is taking shape in the Cherry Park Market Center in Troutdale. The 20,000-square-foot Troutdale Library at 2451 S.W. Cherry Park Rd. will house 20,000 books after it is completed this summer. The project is being built by general contractor Brockamp & Jaeger Inc. from a design by Hennebery Eddy Architects.
