Renovation of a mixed-use building on Portland’s North Park Blocks is getting started. The front of the Park Northwest Condominiums, an 18-unit residential building with ground-level retail space, is getting new windows, doors, decks and siding. The interior courtyard also is being rebuilt. Sean Gores Construction Inc. is the general contractor and Western Architectural is the designer of the remodel.
