The former home of the city of Portland’s Eastside Water Bureau, a 100-year-old brick building in Southeast Portland, has undergone an extensive remodel. Punch list items are all that’s left to do on the two-story, 10,000-square-foot structure that is the new home of Schneider Law Offices at the corner of Southeast Seventh Avenue and Alder Street. Cedarlake Com. is the general contractor and Lorraine Guthrie is he architect on the historic renovation project.
