Portland Transit Mall

The last of the bus shelters from the original Portland Transit Mall construction is being renovated to become a coffee cafe. Caffe Viale will operate the coffee shop that is on Southwest 5th Avenue between Salmon and Main streets. The space will have new sliding glass doors, a serving bar and counters for patrons. Howard S. Wright Constructors is the general contractor, and Hennebery Eddy Architects is the designer of the project.
