Telegram Building

After an extensive remodel, an 8,000-square-foot space in the historic Telegram Building will be home to a law firm. The project includes creating accessibility to two patios under the structure’s recognizable bell tower. The work, scheduled to wrap up next month, is being performed by general contractor Bremik Construction Inc., from a design by Waterleaf Architecture.
