DAWG Terrace

The apartment building at 638 S.E. 26th in Portland is in the middle of an extensive renovation. Now called DAWG Terrace, because of it now being dog friendly, the two-story building is getting a new roof, new steel-framed concrete walkways, new exterior skin installed over a rain screen and an array of solar panels on the roof. The project is being built by Davisson Construction and was designed by Erez Russo Architect.
