Most of the old Advantis Credit Union building in Southeast Portland was demolished, and the remaining structure is being renovated. A new, two-story addition will house offices and a support center on the second floor. When the seismically upgraded steel-frame structure is completed this fall, it will feature a brick-and-glass exterior on the ground floor as well as a new entrance with steel awnings. R&H Construction is the general contractor and EHS Architecture is the designer of the project.
