Carpenter Richard Puderbaugh measures some underlayment for one of the units at the Celilo Court Apartments in Northeast Portland. An extensive renovation featuring new flooring, drywall, paint, appliances, furnaces and landscaping, is nearly finished at the 28-unit affordable housing complex at 4605 N.E. 95th Ave. The project for the Housing Authority of Portland is being performed by Great Kate Construction with construction management by Walsh Construction. Work is scheduled to be completed Sept. 1.
