Some punch-list items still remain on the Rivermark Community Credit Union in Southeast Portland; however, employees have moved into the new, two-story, 8,700-square-foot building at 2537 S.E. Hawthorne Blvd. Demolition of the old building next door has begun and should be completed in a couple of weeks. General contractor LMC Construction is in charge of the project, and Baysinger Partners is the architect.
