The Rose City Liquor Store will soon have new digs in Northeast Portland. A 1,300-square-foot building at the corner of Northeast Sandy Boulevard and 73rd Avenue is being renovated, and a 1,750-square-foot wood-frame addition is being built to house the business. The work is being done by general contractor SKS Development Inc. from a design by Bob Schatz at Allusa Architecture. The project is scheduled to be finished in September.
