DAWG Terrace becomes dog friendly

A Southeast Portland apartment building is in the middle of an extensive renovation to make it dog friendly. The two-story, multifamily residential building at 638 S.E. 26th Ave. is now being called DAWG Terrace. Steel-framed concrete walkways are being added, the roof is being rebuilt with an array of solar panels and a new exterior skin is being installed over a rain screen. General contractor Davisson Construction is in charge of the renovation designed by Erez Russo Architect.
