Northwest Portland complex gets upgrade

A seven-residence complex in Northwest Portland is getting an exterior upgrade. Porches are being replaced in the front and the rear of the multifamily development at the corner of Northwest Thurman Street and 25th Avenue. A Cut Above Exteriors is the general contractor for the project; framing is being performed by a crew from Sapienza & Sons Builders.
