King County Housing Authority says keeping plan holders lists too time consuming

The King County Housing Authority has informed the 91视频 that it聽 does not keep plan holders lists for any of its projects out for bid.

A website download from KCHA is the only way to obtain plans/specs for its projects and it does not have an online registration option for companies who have downloaded. It asserts that keeping track of a list of companies that have downloaded projects from the website is too time consuming.

KCHA added that it does not have any problem getting quality bids for its projects.
