Former furniture building renovated

A former office furniture building in Northeast Portland is being renovated for 37,000 square feet of retail and display space. The high visibility 33rd Hollywood Building at the corner of Northeast Sandy Boulevard and 33rd Avenue has two stories, a full basement and a 10,000-square-foot warehouse space as well as on-site parking. The renovation is being done by American Property Management Corp.
