Space in a 1950s ranch style house in Southwest Portland is getting a complete interior demolition to become a dental office. The 1,600-square-foot structure at 5861 S.W. Beaverton Hillsdale Highway will require an extensive structural upgrade in order to become the new home of Elkjer Dental Clinic. The clinic will be ADA accessible via a new 70-foot-long ramp to the front entrance. BnK Construction Inc. is the general contractor and Sisu Design Group is the architect on the renovation.
