A former retail building in Northeast Portland is being renovated to become the Windows on MLK mixed-use project, a four-story structure with 3,500 square feet of ground-level retail space and eight apartments on the upper three levels. Lorentz Bruun Co. is the general contractor and Larry Abell is the architect for the project for the Urban Development Group. Completion is scheduled for fall.
