The three-story, 75,000-square-foot steel and wood-frame Rockwood Building on Southeast 181st Avenue is expected to be completed in summer 2011 and have 47 residential units, a kitchen and facilities for eight social service agencies. Howard S. Wright Constructors is the general contractor and Myhre Group is the architect for the project for owner Human Solutions, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping families overcome poverty and avoid homelessness.
