A new, water-based, zero VOC floor installed by Alternative Surfaces is one of the renovations at the future home of Vintner’s Cellar, a custom winery and wine bar, in Northwest Portland. The space at 1111 N.W. 16th Ave. also will feature a wall behind the bar made from recycled glass and also installed by Alternative Surfaces. The unique wine business should be open in the next few weeks.
