Southeast Portland Clifford Apartments renovated

Renovation of the Clifford Apartments in inner-Southeast Portland is nearing completion. The four-story building, which was built in 1911, has 88 affordable residential units, an on-site laundry facility and secure storage units. Walsh Construction Co. is the general contractor and Carleton Hart Architecture is the designer of the project for owner Innovative Housing Inc.
