The administration building at the Willamette National Cemetery in Southeast Portland has an updated entrance walkway and a new ramp for accessibility. Hutchison Constructors LLC was the general contractor and Van Lom Concrete was the major subcontractor for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs project. Hutchison Constructors of Sandy is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business. Its CEO, Ross Neher, recently returned from combat.
