Food company moving into Northeast Portland warehouse

A former warehouse in Northeast Portland at 817 N.E. Madrona St. will soon be the new home of Classic Foods. The Portland company manufactures and distributes specialty foods, spices and herbs. The building will have offices, a retail space, a production kitchen, a cooler, a freezer and a patio. SD Deacon is the general contractor of the project designed by Vallaster and Corl Architects. Ariston Development is the project manager.
