The shell of a one-story, 22,000-square-foot building on Portland’s North Park Blocks is being renovated to become two leasable spaces – one for retail and one for office. The building at the corner of Northwest Park Avenue and Everett Street has high ceilings with sand-blasted wooden beams. Fortis Construction Co. is the general contractor and Fosler Portland Architecture is the designer of the project.
