A crew for SCC Earthworks is preparing to plant grasses along Greenburg Road as part of the Oregon Route 99W rehabilitation project. The work for the Oregon Department of Transportation, Washington County and the city of Tigard includes adding turn lanes, extending the median, widening sidewalks, adding bike lanes and adding a through lane for Highway 99W from Greenberg Road to Main Street. Kerr Contractors Inc. is the general contractor and WH Pacific is the consultant for the project.
