Building renovated for Gearhead Associates

A building in Portland鈥檚 Corbett-Terwilliger neighborhood is undergoing an extensive renovation to become the home for Gearhead Associates. The brick building at 3025 S.W. First Ave. was constructed nearly a century ago. It is getting seismic, electrical and mechanical upgrades as well as interior finishes to offices and a workshop. General contractor Green Gables Design & Restoration and designer Gen Architects formed the construction team for the remodel.
