The Mark O. Hatfield Building in downtown Portland is in the middle of an exterior renovation. Concrete at the seven-story, affordable apartment building at 204 S.W. Eighth Ave. is being patched and cleaned. Also, some structural reinforcement and painting is taking place. Walsh Construction Co. is the general contractor for the job for Central City Concern. Work should be completed in a month.
