The Louis York is an apartment complex that is taking shape in North Portland. The three-story, 47-unit building at 9000 N. Ivanhoe St. in the St. Johns neighborhood features ADA accessible studio apartments on the ground level and one- and two-bedroom apartments on the upper two floors. The Louis York LLC is the general contractor and Bayard Mentrum Architecture is the designer of the project that will wrap up in the spring.
