If you are a young professional, student or creative type working at the New Seasons, the developers of the think they’ve built the perfect home for you – even if your bank account is still being drained by student loans.

The condos are on the corner of North Interstate and Killingsworth avenues, which isn’t far from the shops and restaurants on Mississippi Avenue or the Portland Community College Cascade campus.

The construction of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design platinum, 57-unit complex should be finished by the end of September, and residential units are currently on the market. Local developer Jim Winkler told me about some of the most exciting green features, which I will detail in the 91ÊÓÆµ along with other construction updates later this week.

Tomorrow, the principal broker will explain some pretty attractive-sounding financial options for first-time buyers making under $45,600.
