The seven-story Macdonald Center building, located on the site of the former West Hotel and Satyricon club in Portland’s Old Town, is being built by from designs by . Due to be completed in November 2012, the building will feature outreach and support services space on the ground floor and 42 affordable studio apartments on the upper floors.
