In advance of the business’s opening, a sign for Italian deli Cheryl’s is being hooked up to electricity in Portland’s West End. The deli is the latest of businesses to move to the up-and-coming district. Other recent openings include those for hat store Pinkham Millinery, clothing store Parallel and men’s bag store Chrome. Ramsey Signs did the installation.
