	SAM IMPERATI is the executive director of the Institute for Conflict Management, and teaches at Lewis and Clark Law School and at Willamette University鈥檚 MBA program. He has been an attorney for more than 33 years. In addition to running a private practice, he has served as assistant corporate counsel for Nike and as a mediator. He served as a Judge Pro Tem and as chairman of the Oregon State Bar鈥檚 Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. He was chairman of the Multnomah Local Professional Responsibility Committee and presently serves on the Oregon Mediation Association鈥檚 Standards and Practices Committee. He was a 2007 recipient of the OMA Lezak Award and a 2010 recipient of the State Bar ADR Section Lezak award. He received his law degree from University of California at Davis 鈥� King Hall Law School, where he was a law review volume editor and a judicial intern with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
	ARI OKANO LEE is a lawyer with Tonkon Torp LLP who focuses her practice on transaction corporate and intellectual property issues. She received her law degree from University of Washington School of Law, where she served as an articles editor of the school鈥檚 law review. She served as an extern for the Hon. Judge Mary Yu of the King County Superior Court and was a summer associate at Tonkon Torp in 2005 and 2006.聽 She has been a member of the board of directors of the Oregon Minority Lawyers Association since 2009. Before becoming a lawyer, she served as a researcher and editor for a New York Times best-selling author.
	MEGAN LIVERMORE is an associate with the firm of Gaydos, Churnside & Balthrop PC. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, creditor鈥檚 rights, and real estate law. Prior to joining the firm, she was a law clerk for the Hon. Darryl Larson of the Lane County Circuit Court. She received her law degree from Willamette University College of Law, where she served as symposium editor of the Willamette Law Review. Before going to law school, she worked in both the public and private sectors. She serves as president of Oregon Women Lawyers and vice president of the board of directors of the Lane County Bar Association. She also is on the board of OGALLA, the LGBT Bar Association of Oregon.
	MICHAEL WISE is past president of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. He concentrates his practice on the areas of business and severe personal injury litigation.聽 After law school, he worked as a certified law clerk, trying criminal cases for the Douglas County District Attorney鈥檚 Office, and then worked for five years in the business formation and personal injury areas for the Portland litigation firm of Kennedy Bowles PC.聽 In 1996 he formed his own boutique litigation firm, Wise & Associates, which specializes in the civil litigation areas of business disputes, personal injury and wrongful death.聽 He is a member of the Oregon and Washington bars, as well as the federal district bar, and has tried more than 60 jury trials in state and federal court.
