Employers looking for information about pending changes in federal overtime law may want to stop by the Oregon Convention Center on Nov. 15 and 16. That鈥檚 where and when the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries will hold its annual law conference.
This year, the two-day event will feature 25 sessions on a range of workplace-related topics, including the overtime changes, Oregon鈥檚 sick time law and mental health accommodations. Presenters will include labor law attorneys and compliance experts from BOLI, according to Jennifer Germundson, manager of BOLI鈥檚 Technical Assistance Program.
