Oregon Women Lawyers will hold a Queen鈥檚 Bench luncheon on Nov. 8, from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Mark O. Hatfield Courthouse, 1000 S.W. Third St., in Portland. The featured program, 鈥淭he Clarisse Effect,鈥� will focus on women lawyers who have become FBI agents.
