New high rise slated for Pearl District

With plans on the table for a 28-to-30-story condominium project in the Pearl District, Hoyt Street Properties announced Tuesday that it is also working with Wood Partners, a national multifamily developer, to build an $80 million high-rise nearby, on Block 17. It’s bordered by Northwest 11th Avenue and Overton Street, and is directly across from The Fields Neighborhood Park.

185-unit affordable housing project planned for Pearl District

San Francisco-based BRIDGE Housing, a 30-year-old nonprofit, is planning to build a mixed-use project in the Pearl District. According to an early pre-application notice from the city, the six-story structure could include as many as 185 units and 115 below-grade parking spaces.

An early land-use intake has been filed for an 18- to 24-story apartment building with approximately 200 to 270 units for Northwest 12th Avenue. The project is being developed by Oseran Investment Co., a small local commercial development company.
