The Oak Lodge Water District office in Oak Grove is in the middle of an extensive restoration. The building at 14496 S.E. River Road is getting exterior, seismic, electrical and mechanical upgrades, a new roof and interior finishes.
Pearl District warehouse renovated for retail
A former one-story warehouse in Portland’s Pearl District is in the middle of an extensive renovation to become a space for retail businesses. The 20,000-square-foot building at the corner of Northwest 14th Avenue and Flanders Street is getting seismic, electrical, HVAC and plumbing upgrades and a new storefront with glass and roll-up doors.
Oregon College of Art & Craft building
The two-story Oregon College of Art & Craft building in Southwest Portland will house a digital studio, a photo studio, darkrooms, classrooms and offices. The general contractor for the project is Robert Gray Partners and the designer is Charles Rose Architects from Massachusetts.

A former warehouse with high wooden beams and skylights in Portland's Pearl District is in the middle of an extensive renovation to become a home for retail businesses.
