NW Priority Credit Union branch renovated
Bartel Contracting is performing an exterior renovation on NW Priority Credit Union's main office branch in Southeast Portland. Work on the project, designed by Iselin Architects, P.C., includes filling in a recessed alcove, adding canopies on the building's front and rear, and installing new moisture control systems, stone panels, and HardiePlank siding.

Palm Abrasive Co. has used the building at 905 S.E. 14th Ave. since it was constructed in 1978. The family-owned business started in 1961 selling industrial tools, many to companies in the Central Eastside Industrial District. The property at 3390 S.E. Milwaukie Ave. has been through many incarnations, but presently is the base for the alcohol and drug recovery program of Morrison Child and Family Services. The 12,084-square-foot property is for sale at an asking price of $550,000, significantly less than the listed market value of $976,230. The property is under contract.
Mixed-use building in Southeast Portland for sale
The building at 2876-2886 S.E. Gladstone St. would be a good bet for a retailer. The 6,358-square-foot, mixed-use building is for sale for an asking price of $887,000. The owner is considering proposals.
