Space available to lease in historic Telegram Building
A tenant is being sought to occupy an 8,622-square-foot space – the entire third story – of the Telegram Building, a 90-year-old structure at 419 S.W. 11th Ave. Bill Bailey, a Waterleaf Architecture partner, whose company occupies the second floor, said the building’s design, which includes red brick and white, terra cotta trim, hails from another era.
Law firm renovating Grand Stable and Carriage Building
Law firm Hitt Hiller Monfils Williams LLP is expanding into a 4,400-square-foot space of the historic Grand Stable and Carriage Building in downtown Portland, at 415 S.W. Second Ave.
620 Building
The 620 Building in downtown Portland is getting a new tenant. A 6,200-square-foot space is being renovated to become the new home of Oregon Live.
Telegram Building
After an extensive remodel, an 8,000-square-foot space in the historic Telegram Building will be home to a law firm. The project includes creating accessibility to two patios under the structure's recognizable bell tower.

A storefront in downtown Portland is getting a face-lift. The building on Alder Street will soon have stainless steel accents and canvas awnings.
