PROJECT SIGNIFICANCE: A state-of-the-art industrial facility is coming to Sherwood.

The three-building phase 1 of the Sherwood Commerce Center will be constructed on a 27.64-acre lot on Southwest Oregon Street, near the intersection with Tualatin-Sherwood Road. This building will have contiguous spaces ranging from 5,200 square feet to 172,007 square feet. There will be 7-inch reinforced concrete floors and a metal roof deck. Electric-vehicle charging will be available.

The complex, when fully built, will be able to accommodate 30 tenants with a variety of functional warehouse spaces, premier office spaces, heavy power capabilities, and ample parking and truck loading areas.

The Sherwood Commerce Center, one of the most substantial new business parks to be developed in Sherwood in recent years, will provide a platform for up to 30 companies to expand and relocate to our city.鈥�
