The applicant proposes the installation of four additional antennas on the rooftop wireless facility. Antennas would be facade-mounted on the FRP screen enclosure.

Plans call for construction of a four-story multifamily building. There would be 60 units with one or two bedrooms along a double-loaded corridor, a ground-floor community space along Southeast 82nd Avenue, and on-site surface parking.

Plans call for construction of several townhomes with frontage facing Northeast Killingsworth Street and no off-street parking. Development would include demolishing existing structures, conducting selective tree removal and preservation, performing mass grading, tackling water and sewer utilities, and performing public frontage improvements on Rodney Avenue and the adjacent alley. Stormwater would be managed on-site using a level 1 infiltration approach. Setback reductions may be sought in accordance with standards.
